The way I view "Blessings."
This year at Thanksgiving, blessings came in the form of a chess game, turkey basting, deviled eggs, football, red sparkles worn with a dress from my childhood, and the time to relax and enjoy it all. Every single day, though, blessings are all around me in my wonderful family.
As part of the blog circle, keep going to see how Rachel views blessings.
The way I view "Halloween."
A squirrel enjoyed the last one for dinner...
This was actually from a party over the weekend. Little did I know that little a wouldn't want to dress up for actual Halloween night. I would have at least moved the pillows to get a better picture!
Now go see what fun Rachel had with Halloween.
The way I view "Back to school."
I'm taking a bit of a different approach to the topic this month. This is the first year that both kids are in school. Back to school feels empty. Not necessarily in a bad way, but definitely a quiet way.
There are no feet dangling from (or twirling, or standing on, or falling from) the kitchen stools.
There are no train tracks or giant castles being built.
There are stuffies waiting to be loved.
There are dolls patiently waiting for tea.
And there's a Mommy who should be cleaning but is posting pictures on the computer instead (hee hee)!
Feel free to pop on over to Rachel, to see how she views "Back to school."
The way I view "Summer life."
Lounging in the sand...
Playing in the water...
Bike riding...
And outdoor concerts...
Now you can pop on over to Rachel's post to see how she views summer life!

The way I view 'new beginnings.'
I like to think of every day as a new beginning. Here is a peek into a recent new beginning in our house.
This year, in addition to my 'Project 52,' I'm also part of a once-a-month 'The way I view' project. Please head on over to Shellie Mooney Photography and see how she has interpreted this month's theme. While you're there, check out her all around lovely photography!
